The subject pictured below was identified in several NCIC alerts involving thefts of gold coins from shops in Ohio and North Carolina. He was arrested for outstanding warrants last night in Toledo,Ohio.
NCIC assisted in the initial identification of this suspect based upon information and photos provided by potential and actual victims. The success in this investigation was due to the collaboration of law enforcement, numismatic community and NCIC.
