NCIC has been authorized to offer a $5,000 reward for the RETURN of the coin in the same pristine condition as when it was stolen.
A FedEx package being shipped priority overnight was received by the recipient compromised. The outer and inner box showed obvious signs of tampering and the contents of the package was missing.
The package contained the following coin:
